Refund and Returns Policy

We want your shopping experience at Casabell to be the best it can be. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please read our return and refund policy below:

Returns

You have the right to return a product within 15 days of purchase. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging and in the same condition as when received.

Refunds

– Once we have received your return, we will inspect the item and send you an e-mail to inform you that we have received it. We will also inform you whether your refund has been approved or rejected.
– If your refund is approved, it will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 10 days.
– Refunds do not cover initial shipping costs or return shipping costs, except in the case of an error on our part or a defective product.

Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item for the same reason (for example, a different size), please contact us. You will be responsible for return and reshipment costs.

Non-refundable items

Promotional or sale products are non-refundable.

Return procedure

1. Contact our customer service department at customer@casabell.store to initiate the return process. Please provide your order number and details of the item you wish to return.
2. Carefully pack the item in its original packaging or in suitable packaging to prevent damage in transit.
3. Send the article to the address we’ll give you by e-mail.
4. Once we have received and inspected the item, we will process your refund or exchange in accordance with our policy.
